Delivery Information
UK Mainland Delivery
To ensure your cheese reaches you as fresh as when it left our farm, we send everything on an overnight service. In some cases, we will also need to pack the cheese in ice.
Our delivery prices are:
- £6.50 for orders up to £14.99, which should cover most small cheeses
- £8.50 for orders £15.00 to £49.99
- £7.50 for orders £50.00 to £99.99
- FREE for orders of £100.00 or more
Scottish Highlands: Unfortunately we’re not able to send cheese to these areas
Offshore Islands and Northern Ireland: Unfortunately we’re not able to send cheese to these areas
You will be notified when your order has been shipped and should expect your parcel to arrive the following day after shipping. Please allow two days for delivery using the below as a guide…
- Our parcels are sent out Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays
- We don’t send parcels out Friday – Sunday due to an increase in delivery costs and potential weekend delays
- All orders placed after midday on a Thursday will not be sent until the following Monday
- Most orders are sent out within 24 hours of being placed
We use a courier to deliver our cheeses and, provided they are in stock, they will be packaged and sent out within 24 hours of placing your order, subject to the above and unless specified otherwise on the order. Most orders are then delivered the following working day.
It is your responsibility to ensure someone is in to receive your parcel. If no one is going to be in please state where you would like the parcel to be left in the comments section, during the checkout process.
All products are subject to availability. You will be contacted if any items on your order are out of stock to discuss the various options available.
Our orders come securely packaged with frozen ice-gel packs used when required, in the summer months. All cheese is wrapped in attractive food-proof wax paper, which keeps it fresh and well protected. The named labels provided on each cheese give information regarding best before date, dietary information and a brief description of the cheese.
When our carriers are unable to deliver a parcel due to their being nobody present or a mistake made in the address we are given by you, responsibility passes to you upon despatch. In these circumstances, claims for non-delivery, damage or loss cannot be accepted by us or our carriers.

Your payment is processed securely either by PayPal or Square.
