Doddington wins three World Cheese Awards

At Doddington, we’ve won awards before… but it never gets any less exciting or humbling to be recognised for quality.
Last week, our Dairy Manager James attended the World Cheese Awards, where we won THREE titles…
- Bronze (Admiral Collingwood)
- Silver (Doddington)
- Gold (Berwick Edge)
The awards had 4,434 cheeses entered from 43 countries around the world, judged in one day by experts from 38 nations who study the appearance, texture, aroma and flavour of the cheeses, with the majority of points awarded for flavour and mouthfeel.
Having the seal of approval from so many experts in the cheese world is priceless for a small independent cheesemaker like ourselves.
