Berwick Edge


Berwick Edge is a robust and full flavoured Gouda style cheese with undertones of pineapple and spice.

Berwick Edge is similar to the traditional Gouda cheese still made by the Dutch farmers in Holland today. Made with raw milk and traditional rennet, this cheese comes in approximately 4kg and 6kg wheels and is aged for 12 to 18 months to achieve its full and distinctive flavour.

Serving suggestion

Berwick Edge cheese can compete with and complement a full bodied Bordeaux or Rioja especially when both are served at room temperature.

Dates on Cheeses

Once dispatched, cheese wedges will remain delicious for four weeks. You can keep Berwick Edge full wheels unopened for up to two months. However once you cut into the wax, the cheese will remain good for four weeks.
