Cuddy’s Cave


Cuddy’s cave is a close textured dales style cheese with undertones of citrus fruits.

Mellow yet deceptively full flavoured with a lingeringly complex aftertaste. Made from our raw milk and traditional rennet, Cuddy’s Cave is made in approximately 3kg wheels, has a natural rind and is aged for 3 to 6 months.

Serving suggestion

Enjoy with a table water biscuit, traditional salted butter and a crisp, fruity Reisling wine.

Dates on Cheeses

Once dispatched, cheese wedges will remain delicious for four weeks. You can keep Cuddy’s Cave full wheels unopened for up to two months. However once you cut into it, the cheese will remain good for four weeks.
