Doddington
£6.50 – £25.00
Doddington Cheese is named after the village in Northumberland where our farm is based and our cheese is made using milk from our own cows.
It is classed as a British territorial cheese, which lies somewhere between a Leicester and a Cheddar. Exceptional flavours, most notably sweet caramel and nutty characteristics, this is a cheese for true food lovers and cheese aficionados. Unpasteurised and made using traditional rennet.
Dates on Cheeses
Once dispatched, cheese wedges will remain delicious for four weeks. You can keep Doddington full wheels unopened for up to two months. However once you cut into the wax, the cheese will remain good for four weeks.
