Smoked Cuddy’s Cave
Smoked Cuddy’s Cave is oak-smoked naturally at the Belhaven smokery near Dunbar.
This cheese gets a 48 hour oak chip smoke, which slowly permeates in. The result is a succulent, smooth and creamy smoky cheese, devilishly addictive. Unpasteurised and made with traditional rennet.
Dates on Cheeses
Once dispatched, cheese wedges will remain delicious for four weeks. You can keep Cuddy’s Cave full wheels unopened for up to two months. However once you cut into the wax, the cheese will remain good for four weeks.
